Rue McClanahan (ur. 21 lutego 1934 w Healdton - zm. 3 czerwca 2010 w Nowym Jorku), amerykańska aktorka.

Jej debiut aktorski odbył się na Broadwayu w 1957 roku. Sławę przyniosła jej rola w "The Golden Girls".

Rue McClanahan miała sześciu mężów, ostatnim był Morrow Wilson, którego poślubiła w 1997 roku. Zmarła 3 czerwca 2010r na zawał serca.
